As a Holistic Nutritionist who is also trained in Culinary Nutrition, I am able to offer specialty retreat cooking for Wellness Retreats looking for a plant based Chef. My style is highly nourishing, my food, unique to who I am and what I believe in, is centered around making the body feel really good, while also fuelling the brain, mind, & body. But above all, it is delicious.
I enjoy being in the kitchen and having the retreat participants visit me and ask me about what I’m making. I am almost always teaching while cooking and am content to share recipes and techniques.
