12 Week Food & Body Recovery Program

A Full 12 - Week Recovery Program is a unique opportunity for participants to receive a focused and intense amount of support and education. The program is different from my One-on-one Practice because it provides weekly sessions, scheduled topics, handouts & homework, and ongoing support throughout. This fashion of working on Rebuilding Positive Relationships with Food & Body has the powerful ability to hold participants accountable, teach them tools & techniques to apply and improve throughout the program, and provide ongoing emotional & mental guidance continuously throughout.
