About Me
It’s simple: I want to help you reunite with food in a way that makes you feel great, inspires better health, and nurtures your soul.
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, an Eating Psychology Counsellor and a graduate of the Culinary Nutrition Expert program. I am a wife and mother, an avid cook, a cancer survivor, a distance runner, and a bit of a country bumkin.
My approach to health intertwines what I know and love about nutrition with eating psychology, body image healing, and culinary passion.
Food Relationship Healing
What we eat is only half the story, who we are as eaters is the other half.
It is my mission to help people find their own unique path to healing so that they can have a positive, health-supportive, relationship with food & body.
Through exploration of how we came to be where we are now, tools to help identify triggers and patterns that are inhibitive, applications of intuitive eating principles and mindfulness, I deeply believe that there can be great shifts towards a healthful & supportive eating relationship.
